Karen A. Sieverding, RN, MSN, MBA

Karen Sieverding combines her strong clinical knowledge and background with expertise in business and systems. Her experience includes progressive responsibility in the management and administration of enterprise-wide internal auditing, compliance, HIPPA, discharge planning, and quality improvement programs. She has conducted clinical and operational audits for several organizations.

Ms. Sieverding has held senior administrative positions, including Assistant Vice President – Quality Management Services, Administrative Director of Medical Affairs, and Director of Compliance and Internal Audit. She has worked for academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems in New York and New Jersey, including Montefiore Medical Center, Greater Hudson Valley Health System, Orange Regional Medical Center, Barnert Hospital, and Saint Francis Hospital. She is an adjunct professor at the State University of New York – Dutchess Community College and formerly at the State University of New York at New Paltz.

A registered nurse, her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the State University of New York at New Paltz, Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University, and Masters of Business Administration from Marist College.
